A collection of recordings for the BBC between 1980 and 1982. 2 sessions for John Peel the first in 1981, the second in 1982, an appearance on the BBC2 Arts programme 'Riverside' and the earliest recording of The Danse Society (then called 'Danse Crazy' and billed on the Futurama 2 festival as 'Y?' playing the track 'Sink'.
Songs of power and passion but with a naivety and the inexperience of youth. Rough around the edges but these tracks show the potential of the band and what they might achieve.
Massive thanks to John Peel without whom non of this would have possible. Also available on limited edition CD (see Merch).
